Job description

Join the team. Make an impact.

At Holded, we believe that daily admin should never stop a great idea from becoming a success. That's why we create intuitive software to empower anyone who dares to start their own business. Long story short: we want to make business simple.

In order to create cutting-edge products that meet the needs of the sector, talent is essential. We are looking for passion, creativity, and commitment. In return, we offer the same.

The Role

At Holded, we are looking for the Owner of our YouTube channel. Your mission will be to elevate our presence on the platform, turning it into a strategic piece of growth. We want you to be the voice and the visual engine that helps, motivates, and inspires Spanish SMBs and entrepreneurs with high-quality, human, and highly creative content.

You will work within the Social Media team (Brand & Comms) and in constant collaboration with the Performance team and the creative team.

What will you do day-to-day?

  • Ownership: You will be responsible for the channel: from proposing ideas to filming with the team, uploading content and following its performance.

  • Strategy: Master YouTube (SEO, thumbnails, titles, hooks) and collaborate with Performance to maximize the impact of paid campaigns.

  • Community Management: Bring the channel to life. Respond to the audience, generate discussion, and understand what content our audience (SMBs and entrepreneurs) needs.

  • Trend-spotting: Stay up-to-date with cultural, artistic, and visual trends to apply them innovatively.

  • End-to-End Production: Record (in front of or behind the camera), edit video and audio with a professional finish consistent with the brand. When external help is needed for bigger productions, you will be in charge of managing the project with freelancers or agencies to generate the final product.

What are we looking for in you?

  • YouTube Expert: You love and breathe YouTube. You understand how the algorithm works, what makes a video viral, and how attention is monetized/converted into business.

  • Technical Skills:

  • High-level video and audio editing (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve/CapCut).

  • Absolute knowledge of the YouTube platform.

  • Aesthetic and artistic judgment for video art direction.

  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Motion Graphics

  • Autonomy and Proactivity: You are capable of self-managing the entire production process without constant supervision.

  • Innate Communicator: You feel comfortable communicating complex ideas simply and attractively. You understand the audience and love communicating with them in a close, modern, and differentiating way. Ideally you have no problem appearing in front of the camera but it is not mandatory.

  • Creativity: You are passionate about creating interesting, groundbreaking, and differentiating content that engages, creates impact, and provides value.

  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just create, you measure. You know how to read YouTube Studio metrics to iterate and improve future content.

Soft Skills We Love

Disruptive Creativity: A desire to do something different in the software world.

Teamwork: The ability to integrate the YouTube strategy into the global brand vision.

Passion for the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem values: You understand the problems and dreams of SMBs in Spain and know how to connect with them.

Why Holded?

At Holded, we do things a bit differently. There’s no corporate nonsense, and no old-fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in self-sufficient, autonomous teams. Think of them like start-ups within a start-up that learn from each other.

We didn’t start Holded to be another software company. We started Holded to be epic, and you will be part of it.
