The Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, (aka Technical Integrations & Ecommerce Support Specialist), you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for our customers, focusing on integrations and ecommerce platforms. You will help diagnose issues, collect and analyze data, resolve user problems, and guide clients through technical solutions in a clear and professional manner.
You will also ensure that end-user needs are met with consistently high-quality service, update the team on progress, and create detailed documentation and walkthroughs for each client issue/resolution.
You will work closely with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, etc.) and APIs, performing tests, troubleshooting integrations, and providing proactive support to both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for integrations between Holded and ecommerce platforms.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including API errors, data imports/exports, and synchronization issues.
Perform manual testing and validation of integrations and data flows.
Create clear, detailed documentation and walkthroughs of issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Propose improvements to integrations and technical processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Take ownership of support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Job requirements
About you
2+ years of experience in technical support or integrations, ideally with ecommerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with APIs: integration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge of at least one ecommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, etc.) — experience with multiple platforms is a plus.
Ability to perform manual testing, verify workflows, and validate data synchronizations.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
Customer-focused mindset, with responsibility for tracking and resolving support queries.
Self-starter, motivated, and eager to learn.
Extra awesome
Experience in integrations between ERP/CRM/accounting systems and ecommerce platforms.
Basic scripting/development skills (Python, JavaScript, PHP) to assist in automation, debugging, or integration adjustments.
Familiarity with data formats and flows (JSON, CSV, XML), field mapping, and data migration best practices.
Previous experience in SaaS or tech companies.
Fluent English for reading API documentation and communicating with international teams.
Ability to document processes, generate guides, and create technical manuals for clients and internal teams.
