The Role

You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring processes for key technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a strong technical and cultural fit.

🚀 Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of tech recruitment processes, including:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements.

  • Publishing job ads and actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.

  • Conducting initial technical screenings to assess basic/intermediate technical fit.

  • Coordinating and following up on interview stages.

  • Preparing and negotiating job offers with selected candidates.

  • Hold informed, surface-level technical conversations to identify red flags and validate potential.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador—ensuring candidates align with and understand our company values.

  • Keep our ATS and internal systems up to date with candidate and process data.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates, delivering a thoughtful and positive experience.

  • Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to ongoing improvements in hiring processes.

Job requirements

About you:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience recruiting tech profiles (backend, frontend, infrastructure).

  • Ability to confidently engage in surface-level technical discussions to screen candidates effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational habits and a proactive mindset.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

  • Autonomy, responsibility, and comfort handling multiple processes at once.

  • Deep understanding of company culture and how to assess candidates for cultural fit.

  • You are comfortable conducting interview both in English and Spanish.
