The Role

The Solution Partners team is just getting started so there are huge opportunities to define processes, grow and take part in the building of a new business unit!

As an Account Executive focused on Outbound, you will play a critical role in generating new partnerships for Holded. Your mission will be to design and execute outbound strategies to attract, engage, and close new partners. You will identify high-potential companies, build strong relationships from the first contact, and contribute directly to expanding our Solution Partners ecosystem.

Your day to day:

  • Identify, prospect and engage potential partners through outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).

  • ⁠Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed partnership.

  • ⁠Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns.

  • Ensure smooth handover to Partner Account Managers once partners are signed.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting in the CRM.

  • Continuously test and improve outbound strategies.

Job requirements

About you

  • ⁠+2 years of experience in outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or B2B.

  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business.

  • You have excellent prospecting skills and know how to combine different channels.

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.

  • You are a native Spanish speaker.


Extra Awesome

  • Experience with partnership or channel sales

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation (HubSpot)

  • You have a high English level

  • Experience in SaaS or Technology companies
