The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing qualified leads, understanding their business needs, and guiding them through — from first contact with the lead qualified to deal closure. You will play a key role in helping small and medium-sized businesses evaluate, adopt, and succeed with our platform.
Your day-to-day:
Engage with qualified inbound leads through video calls and product demonstrations, tailoring each interaction to the specific business and its needs.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the opportunity.
Advise and support leads throughout their buying journey via email, meetings, and phone calls.
Identify business challenges and propose the most suitable solution within the platform.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM.
Document key discussion points and coordinate with Support or other internal stakeholders when needed.
Move opportunities correctly through the sales funnel and ensure proper follow-up to drive closures.
Share relevant resources with leads to support product evaluation and adoption.
Stay up to date with new product features and improvements and apply them effectively in the sales process.
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Deliver webinars showcasing platform features and use cases.
Job requirements
About you
Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or sales support roles.
2–5 years of experience in a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing).
Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
Background in consultative selling.
Professional, fluent level of English.
Experience managing follow-ups and closing commercial opportunities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
