The Role

In this role, you will be the first line of contact with prospective Accounting Offices' customers who approach us through various channels, as well as existing customers for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

The main responsibilities to be carried out in this position:

  • Good communication with the potential client to be able to offer the best solution. Use qualification playbooks to verify potential partner Fit.

  • Development of knowledge both to offer the best resources to the potential partner and good knowledge to Holded Partner Program and use it to adapt it to the client's needs.

  • Generate commercial opportunities derived from the client's needs together with the solution offered.

  • Inbound lead management through different channels

  • Proactive and reactive call handling

  • Lead qualification based on MRR potential and partner fit

  • Email lead management

  • Lead management and resolution of pricing issues

Job requirements

About you:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals.

  • Experience managing inbound and outbound pipelines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish (English is a plus).

  • Knowledge or interest in the accounting / professional services sector is a plus

  • Hunter mindset: resilient, proactive, and target-driven.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
