The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales success. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting our sales team by providing them with the tools, resources, and training they need to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute the overall sales enablement strategy, identify areas for improvement, and develop sales playbooks and best practices.
Sales Training & Development: Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, create and conduct ongoing training programs, and develop and manage sales certifications and assessments.
Sales Content & Collateral: Create, curate, and manage high-quality sales content, including presentations, demos, case studies, and white papers.
Sales Tools & Technology: Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies, and train sales reps on their effective use.
Sales Process Optimization: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
Communication & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales leaders, sales reps, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Measurement & Analysis: Track and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate ROI.
Job requirements
About you:
Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in sales tools and technologies.
