The Role

As a Project & Events Specialist, you will manage, plan, and execute strategic projects and events, focusing on our Partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Partner Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with Partner Marketing, Brand, and Sales teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive partner engagement and growth.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of partner marketing projects and campaigns ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

• Own event delivery from concept to completion, including tradeshows, partner events and brand activations.

• Manage all logistics and vendor relationships, including venues, materials, budgets and cost technical needs to ensure seamless execution.

• Track performance, analyze results, and deliver insights to optimize partner engagement and ROI.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and keep stakeholders aligned at every stage.

• Identify process improvements and innovative ways to increase efficiency and impact.

About you

• 3+ years in project and/or event management.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable driving projects independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, effective collaboration.

• Proficient with project management tools, workflows, and best practices.

• Passionate about creating impactful experiences, driving engagement, and delivering measurable results.

• Video production skills are much appreciated
