The Role

The Solution Partners team is expanding and we're looking for someone to help us grow our partner ecosystem in Spain. As a Partner Acquisition Manager, your mission is to identify, engage and close new partnerships with tech consultancies, digital agencies, software integrators and implementation companies that serve SMEs.

This is a commercial role at its core. You'll need to walk into a room with confidence, show partners why Holded is worth betting on, and close agreements that are genuinely win-win, with real commitments on both sides.

Your day to day:

  • Identify and prospect potential Solution Partners through inbound and outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).

  • Execute the full partnership cycle, from first contact to signed agreement.

  • Run product demos independently and make partners fall in love with Holded before any commercial conversation.

  • Negotiate terms clearly and hold your ground, partnerships only work when both sides are committed.

  • Design and execute structured outreach cadences across multiple channels.

  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot) updated with discipline: clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, no orphaned opportunities.

  • Use AI tools to improve prospecting, personalize outreach and work more efficiently.

Job requirements

About you

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, channel development or partner management, with measurable results.

  • Have a hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.

  • Experience closing partnerships with tech companies, agencies or integrators

  • You can demo a product confidently and explain its value to a technical or business audience.

  • Strong negotiator: you know how to hold a position while keeping the relationship intact.

  • Structured and disciplined: you build cadences, update the CRM daily and track your metrics.

  • Comfortable using AI tools in your sales process (Clay, Claude, or similar).

  • Native or bilingual Spanish speaker.


Extra Awesome

  • Experience with channel sales, resellers or partner networks.

  • Knowledge of the Spanish SME SaaS ecosystem.

  • High level of English
