The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Paid Social Manager to spearhead our paid social initiatives across a variety of platforms. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence and requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a knack for data-driven decision-making. You will be at the helm of managing a significant advertising budget, crafting compelling campaigns, and analyzing their impact to steer our strategy in the right direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage paid social campaigns mainly across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & LinkedIn, with a keen eye on budget allocation, audience optimization, and ROI.
Budget Management: Oversee a +100K euros advertising budget, ensuring optimal spending across channels to achieve marketing objectives.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Excel, Google Suite, Google Data Studio, and Amplitude, to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports.
Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, and lift studies, and utilize other experimental approaches to refine campaign strategies and improve overall performance.
Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media advertising, exploring new paid channels such as Spotify and TikTok to expand our awareness and conversions.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and company goals.
Job requirements
About you
+3 years of experience handling Paid Social Channels (Meta + LinkedIn)
Proven experience in managing large-scale paid social campaigns (B2B market / Saas industry is a plus), with direct experience handling budgets exceeding 30K euros monthly.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Google Data Studio, and familiarity with Amplitude or similar tools is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with A/B testing, lift studies, and other methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
Creative mindset with the ability to drive creative and content projects to keep improving paid social channels.
Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and advertising platforms.
Previous experience in advertising on Spotify, TikTok, and other digital channels is a plus.
