The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Paid Social Manager to spearhead our paid social initiatives across a variety of platforms. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence and requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a knack for data-driven decision-making. You will be at the helm of managing a significant advertising budget, crafting compelling campaigns, and analyzing their impact to steer our strategy in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage paid social campaigns mainly across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & LinkedIn, with a keen eye on budget allocation, audience optimization, and ROI.

  • Budget Management: Oversee a +100K euros advertising budget, ensuring optimal spending across channels to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Excel, Google Suite, Google Data Studio, and Amplitude, to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports.

  • Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, and lift studies, and utilize other experimental approaches to refine campaign strategies and improve overall performance.

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media advertising, exploring new paid channels such as Spotify and TikTok to expand our awareness and conversions.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and company goals.

Job requirements

About you

  • +3 years of experience handling Paid Social Channels (Meta + LinkedIn)

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid social campaigns (B2B market / Saas industry is a plus), with direct experience handling budgets exceeding 30K euros monthly.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Google Data Studio, and familiarity with Amplitude or similar tools is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with A/B testing, lift studies, and other methodologies to optimize campaign performance.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to drive creative and content projects to keep improving paid social channels.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and advertising platforms.

  • Previous experience in advertising on Spotify, TikTok, and other digital channels is a plus.
