The Role

As an Onboarding Specialist on the Onboarding team at Holded, your main responsibility will be to train our customers and ensure they get maximum value from our solution. You will report to the Onboarding Manager, Diego Arreola, and work closely with him to align with the team's strategic goals.

You’ll play a key role in analyzing customers’ workflows and providing tailored recommendations to improve their efficiency using Holded. Being a Holded expert will be essential in educating users on how to get the most out of the platform. You will identify platform improvement opportunities based on the customer's needs and feedback. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of educational content, including step-by-step guides, tutorials, and webinars, to continuously enhance the customer learning experience.

Job requirements

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in accounting, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and business accounting practices.

  • Experience using accounting software or ERP, preferably Holded.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting concepts clearly and comprehensively.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter, motivated, with aptitude and willingness to learn.
