As a Customer Success Specialist for the Spanish speaking markets you will be in charge of the user onboarding, retention and support. You will be in charge to help users with the onboard, and give them support while they learn on how to use the product and solve any accounting related questions that they might have. You will also help on building Holded Academy, a key tool for the department to automate as much as possible the user support.
With joining us, you will work in one of the most important areas in the company. As a self service product the CS strategy has a huge impact on how the users onboard the product and bringing more value to our users.
You have a Bachelor Degree (Business Administration or similar)
You have experience as an Accountant
You have a proactive attitude
You are an Spanish native speaker
You are a Digital Native
