The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers maximize the value of Holded, driving retention and expansion strategies.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Provide training to customers through webinars, video tutorials, and live sessions.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer adoption and retention.
Assist customers in implementing Holded, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued engagement.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive expansion.
Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product and services.
Job requirements
About you
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Training).
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows.
Proven experience conducting trainings, webinars, and customer education initiatives.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
Track record of success in improving customer retention and expansion.
Spanish native speaker with a good level of English.
Tech-savvy and experienced with SaaS platforms.

Background in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
