The Role

As a CRM Marketing specialist you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle programs (onboarding, adoption, retention etc.).

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and customer success) to deliver consistent and personalized customer experiences.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Managing and updating lifecycle campaign content, including email, in-app messaging, and other touchpoints.

  • Monitor key customer health and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and generating insights to inform future strategies.

  • Maintain lifecycle program documentation and contribute to process improvements.

  • Work closely with senior team members to execute lifecycle strategy and test new initiatives.

Job requirements

About you:

  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM Marketing ideally in Saas or B2B.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to draw insights and measure impact.

  • Experience with A/B testing and marketing automation.

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and journey mapping.

  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms like HubSpot, Intercom, Braze, or similar).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English)
