The Role
In this role, you won't just be closing deals; you will be the architect of the entire sales process. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new partnerships with Accounting Offices.
You are the bridge between a traditional industry and the digital future. Your goal is to show accounting firms how Holded can streamline their internal workflows and provide unparalleled value to their clients.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales process from initial prospecting and outbound outreach to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of accounting offices. Use our qualification playbooks to ensure a perfect fit between the firm’s needs and the Holded ecosystem.
Partner Program Advocacy: Master the Holded Partner Program to pitch its benefits—transforming accounting firms from service providers into strategic advisors.
Pipeline Management: Manage a mix of high-intent inbound leads and self-generated outbound opportunities.
Strategic Cross-selling: Identify opportunities within your portfolio to upsell and expand Holded’s footprint.
Expert Communication: Deliver high-impact presentations and product demos tailored to the accounting and professional services sector.
Job requirements
About you:
2–4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically in a Full Cycle or closing role.
Experience in or a deep interest in the accounting, tax, or professional services sector is a massive plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish (English is a plus).
Knowledge or interest in the accounting / professional services sector is a plus
Hunter mindset: You are resilient, proactive, and target-driven. You don't wait for leads to land in your lap—you go out and find them.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing your own calendar and priorities to hit (and exceed) MRR targets.
