The Role
The Solution Partners team is expanding and we're looking for an SDR to help us grow our partner ecosystem in Spain. Our Solution Partners program connects Holded with tech consultancies, digital agencies, software integrators and implementation companies that serve SMEs, and your mission is to bring the right ones on board.
This is a high-activity commercial role. You'll work inbound leads who've expressed interest in the program, run structured outbound prospecting, and own the full cycle from first call to signed agreement. The profile we need is someone technically fluent enough to demo Holded confidently and commercially sharp enough to close.
Your day to day:
Qualify and follow up inbound leads who've shown interest in the Solution Partners program — fast, structured, no lead left hanging.
Run outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential partners: tech consultancies, agencies, integrators and software resellers serving Spanish SMEs.
Execute product demos independently, adapting the pitch to a technical or business audience.
Own the negotiation and closing of partnership agreements, with real commitments on both sides.
Design and run structured outreach cadences across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Keep HubSpot updated with discipline: clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, no orphaned opportunities.
Use AI tools (Clay, Claude, or similar) to improve prospecting, personalize outreach and work more efficiently.
Job requirements
About you
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development roles, with measurable results.
Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed agreement.
Technically curious: you can learn a product fast and explain its value clearly to both technical and non-technical profiles.
Strong communicator on the phone, you're at ease running discovery calls and demos back to back.
Structured and disciplined: you build cadences, update the CRM daily and track your own metrics.
Hunter mentality: hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
Native or bilingual Spanish speaker.
Extra Awesome
Experience with partner, channel, or reseller sales.
Knowledge of the Spanish SME SaaS ecosystem.
Familiarity with Holded, Odoo, or similar ERP/business management tools.
High level of English.
