The Role

We are searching for a high-energy Sales & Customer Operations who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships.

As a Sales & Customer Operations, with both extensive product knowledge (training will be provided) and an understanding of the SaaS trends, you will:

  • Manage the Sales & Customer Pipeline reporting and analysis.

  • Ensure KPIs, CRM dashboard and sales activity reports are up-to-date

  • Be the go-to person for sales team queries about CRM and other tools.

  • Provide detailed CRM onboarding for all new hires.

  • Make changes to CRM workflow based on business requirements.

  • Review lead generation practices to grow inbound leads.

  • Build workflows for upselling opportunities or risks

  • Review the latest Sales tools and technologies to assist the Sales & Customer Success team.

  • Provide team insights to management on positive trends or improvement areas from CRM data.

  • Support the Customer Success managers in ideating & building automations and process improvements

  • Troubleshoot any issues with Sales and Customer Success tools

  • Connect information and workflows from different tools using no-code solutions

  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis on the progress and success of new initiatives

As a Sales & Customer Operations, you should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multitasker with strong computer and communication skills, focused on enhancing the buyer experience.


About you

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a business or engineering related field

  • 3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations or similar

  • Proven track record working on sales excellence improvement

  • You have working experience with Salesforce

  • You plan and execute well and are able to communicate ideas to the team

  • You’re organized and are able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • You have a fluent level of English

  • Strong analytical skills using Excel

  • Previous ownership of sales cycles and CRM systems for a team or department

  • Knowledge of customer success processes and best practices

  • You are comfortable managing different projects in parallel

Extra awesome

  • Experience using APIs to extract information and connect tools

  • Experience in the SAAS industry

  • Experience working with SQL

  • You speak Spanish or/and Catalan
