A day in the life...

As a Product Marketing Manager your goal will be to ensures that the right customers are getting the right message, through the right channels and represents the customer’s voice in product strategy discussions and decisions.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • communicating product changes to our customers in an understandable way;
  • detect customer necessities or/and opportunities for upselling and most requested features;
  • developing a product strategy and keeping the balance between our team’s vision for the product and the needs of the customers;
  • follow and analyze market trends to position product;
  • evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers;
  • test marketing product features, releases and ad copy;
  • work with various teams (design, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies;
  • craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role;
  • Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs; be a conduit for the voice of the customer to the product team and company
  • Own growth of products across the customer lifecycle, from driving awareness and acquisition through retention and winback
  • Review competitive offerings and drive ongoing differentiation
  • Experience using CRM system
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, product strategies, roadmaps…)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clear and effective copywriting techniques
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with customers on different levels
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Creativity
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Spanish native
