The Role

As Marketing Manager for Partners at Holded you will be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing programs to generate pipeline, maximize partner engagement and success as part of a cross-functional team.

You will also work with the Partner sales team to build and execute field marketing activities including but not limited to: on-boarding of new partners, event management, online marketing, email campaigns, social media, case study creation and vertical messaging, awareness and brand opportunities.

Also you will help develop partner messaging for sell in and sell through, produce supporting program content and presentations for internal and partner audiences as well as track and analyze partner performance, pipeline and return on investment impact on market share and competitive landscape.

This role will be reporting to Adelina Peltea, VP of Growth.


About you

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related business degree).
  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally within financial & Accountancy compliance or technology sectors.
  • A proven background within B2B marketing.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns leveraging web, automation tools, email, social media and campaign/ROI reporting tools.
  • Exposure to Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, G-suite, etc).
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communications.
  • Self-starter with a position proactive attitude.
  • You must to be a Spanish native speaker and fluent in English.
