The Role

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be a key player in our Sales team. Your main goal will be booking demos for potential clients. You will call the leads who have sent the request and signed up to our platform, validate them, qualify them and convince them to request a demo with one of our Account Executives.

Your day to day:

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound communications (phone, mail, chat).

  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer needs and consult them on the next steps.

  • Manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate. value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships.

  • Manage, track, and report all activities and results using Salesforce.

  • Collaborate alongside Account Executives to qualify customers, build pipelines, and drive deals.

  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team.

Job requirements

About you

  • You are a native Spanish speaker.

  • You have a Bachelor Degree.

  • You have a proactive attitude.

  • You have excellent written / verbal communication skills.

  • You want to burn the phone with your calls, and help us reach as many new clients as possible!

Extra awesome

  • You have a high English level.

  • Previous experience working in Sales.

  • You have basic Accounting and Administration knowledge.

  • Experience in SaaS or Technology companies.
