The Role

As an Inbound Sales Consultant, your main goal will be supporting our potential clients and identifying their needs, finding the best solution according to each situation, and negotiating and closing deals.

You will have direct communication with our leads, setting up the demos of the different solutions that they may need, and at last but not least, you will create opportunities and relationships that will result in revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Your day-to-day:

  • Qualify a high volume of leads, understand customer needs, and guide them along the process through different sources (chat, email, or phone).

  • Manage prospects through sales, from the first call to negotiation and closing deals.

  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives to qualify customers, build pipelines and drive deals.

  • Manage, track, and report all activities and results using Salesforce.

Job requirements

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

  • You have a proactive attitude and love building strong and long-lasting relationships.

  • You are a Spanish-native speaker, but you are also fluent in English.

  • You want to burn the phone with your calls, and help us reach as many new clients as possible!

  • Strong team player that also excels as a high-performing individual

  • Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
