The Role

As an Implementations specialist you will onboard our new customers helping them migrate their current system's data to Holded, adapting that data to our excel files.

You will manage implementation projects from the beginning to the end and will become an expert on our implementation.

In your day to day, you will:

  • Resolve users’ questions about the implementation.

  • Interact via meetings/emails with our clients to resolve the doubts and clarify the needs.

  • Prepare quotes for the implementation according to the effort you consider.

  • Ensure end-user needs are met with a high quality of service provided.

  • Solve troubles/errors the clients might experience with their imported data.

  • Propose new and better ways to enhance the work and the user experience.

Job requirements

About you

  • You are a Spanish native speaker.

  • Strong office background (especially excel function) in order to be able to adapt different kinds of templates from clients, as our clients come from various programs.

  • Good consulting/customer relationship skills, and customer service orientation.

  • Resolutive attitude and being able to deal with different kinds of situations.

  • Ability to analyse and identify problems and find out solutions, preferably proposing improvements.

  • Good knowledge of accounting concepts.

  • Self-starter, motivated, with aptitude and willingness to learn.

Extra Awesome
  • You have a good English level.

  • You have experience working in the SaaS/Tech industry.

  • You master excel macros and VBA code.

  • You have basic software development skills.
