We know that big goals need a great team. That's why we're looking for passionate people who work every day to be the best at what they do. Join our team of +120 employees and let's reinvent how we do business!

The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the data team. Data Analysts are part of the tech team but sit at the crossing point of business teams, marketing teams, and data engineering. The profile we are striving for is a person able to answer business questions efficiently and communicate them clearly. They also should be able to quickly translate those questions into technical specifications for the data team to work with.

Data Analysts are enablers for the rest of the teams in the company. They understand the way the data stack is built and are able to transmit such knowledge to the other departments. They also understand the limitations of the platform and are able to solve stakeholders’ doubts and issues taking them into account.

You will be part of the data team that owns and maintains Holded's data infrastructure and integrations. The team is formed by Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts working side by side as a product team, developing data solutions for the whole company.

What will you do?

  • Collect business requirements, and implement the proposed solution

  • Collaborate, envision, and design business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with stakeholders.

  • Work with the key stakeholders to create and maintain a data governance process.

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to provide data solutions to satisfy business needs.

  • Collaborate with other teams across the company by building reports and dashboards with useful analysis and data insights.

  • Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive data analysis.

  • Be the knowledge base for stakeholders, and be ready to answer questions about anything data-related.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders and help them understand the analysis made by other members of the team.

  • Document all progress, analyses, and new features released by the data team

  • Collaborate in the growth of a data-driven culture in the company.

At Holded, we do things differently. There’s no corporate nonsense, and no old-fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in self-sufficient, autonomous teams. Think of them as start-ups within a start-up that learn from each other.

We didn’t start Holded to be another software company. We started Holded to be epic, and you can be part of it!
