The Role

As a Customer Success Specialist for the French markets, you will be in charge of the user onboarding, retention, and support. You will be in charge to help users with the onboard, and give them support while they learn how to use the product and solve any questions that they might have. You will also help on building Holded Academy, a key tool for the department to automate as much as possible the user support.


By joining us, you will work in one of the most important areas in the company. As a self-service product, the CS strategy has a huge impact on how the users onboard the product and bringing more value to our users.


This position is to be based in Paris.

Requirements

About you

  • You have a Bachelor Degree (Business Administration or similar)

  • You have a proactive attitude

  • You are a French native speaker

  • You are a Digital Native
