The Role

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to selling Holded solutions to our "gestoría's" partners. The role includes outbound and specially inbound sales, and also cross selling to our partners. 


The BDS is responsible for growing the Holded footprint, ensuring that our leads understand the product and benefits we can provide, showing it in live demonstrations and pitching it through the phone.

You will be working very closely with our Partner Success Managers, who make sure that once you’ve closed a Deal, this new Partner is properly Onboarded and receives all the benefits of working with us.


Requirements

About you

  • At least, three years of experience in a similar role

  • Great communications and negotiations skills

  • Act as a consultant to delight and grow our (potential) partners. We sell to our partners in a very consultative way.

  • Qualify inbound partner leads, keep them engaged with Holded and educate them. We’re helping them to achieve a whole new way of doing business.

  • Helping the prospect through the platform selection phase.

  • Guide the partner account through all benefits of the Holded Partner program

  • Define goals and objectives to achieve with the acquired partners, identifying opportunities to adopt more platform usage and retention

  • You like challenges and working in a fast paced startup environment.

  • You're awesome at closing deals!
