The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have by phone, chat, or email...

  • Educate users on how to manage their business better with all the tools that Holded offers

  • Proactively identify issues before arising

  • Working cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams.

  • Keeping track of clients' feedback and suggesting improvements.

  • Ensure that best-in-class service is given to customers

  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration - you’ll be working with multiple teams regularly and will help build the Customer Success “brand” across our entire organization.

By joining us, you will work in one of the company's most important areas. As a self-service product, the CS strategy greatly impacts how the users onboard the product and bring more value to our users.

Job requirements

About you

  • You are a Spanish native speaker

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or similar)

  • You have a strong knowledge of accounting and/or finance

  • You have experience working as an Accountant and/or in a Big 4 or similar

  • You have a proactive attitude

  • You are a Digital Native

  • You love learning
